####Congressional Map with variable length candidate list
What I discovered through making this is that its much easier to make a clean tooltip if you only include the D and R camdidates, but its a little trickier to include every candidate listed in the official records.
Notes:

geographic anomalies you see (e.g. Key West) are present in the original Census Bureau shapefile

Districts numbered "00" are "at large" districts that represent an entire state.
