what about npm config set package-lock false

@davidmarkclements is that equivalent to npm config set shrinkwrap false?

seems to do the same thing yeah - but to me... npm config set package-lock false makes more sense

package-lock !== shrinkwrap - so.. if either of those was going to be altered in the future, I'd bank on npm config set shrinkwrap being changed/deprecated
