Research and Recommendations for the Fletcher Free Library Calendar System
Currently Using Yahoo Calendar to schedule rooms:
Fletcher
Pickering
Commnity Room
Admin Conference Room
Problems
1 – Public can't see available dates requring contact with library staff
2- Multiple staff members using the calendar results in multiple ways of recording a meeting and sometimes relevant data is mis- or ncommnicated
3- There is a need for a consitent and descriptive information sheets of the technology and room features to help in placing groups in the right room
