1) conda create -n "name" --offline | |
2) mkdir qgis_offline | |
3) export CONDA_PKGS_DIRS=/home/radhakrishna/qgis_offline | |
4) Transfer all the packages downloaded in above folder to target system | |
5) Create a new environement using step 1 on target system | |
6) conda install *.tar.bz2 on target system | |
7) Enjoy your packages |
