To use, open Shotcut, click the Export tab, click the + button and paste this into the window, then pick a name for the preset and click OK.
Essentially the only lever you can pull to reduce file size (stickers must be < 512KB) is frame rate. Quality options in the encoder have no effect with APNG encoding, and stickers should always be 320x320.
Important: The filename must end in .png, NOT .apng.
